The Stickgram application stores and processes the personal data you provide us to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring the security of your phone and application access. You should know that Stickgram does not assume any responsibility for certain things. Some features of this application require it to have an effective internet connection. The connection can be Wi Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but if you are unable to access Wi Fi and do not have any network connection, Stickgram cannot be held responsible for the inability of the application to function properly. Stickers and sticker packs created using this service belong to the individual or entity who created them. Stickgram assumes no ownership or responsibility for the content created using this service. We are not responsible for user content created using this service.

You agree that you shall be fully responsible for your user content and any claims arising therefrom, and Stickgram shall not be liable for any user content or claims arising therefrom. Although we are not obligated to do so, we reserve the right to review, filter, and delete user content at any time for any reason and have absolute discretion.

You retain all ownership of user content. However, by submitting user content to Stickgram, you hereby grant us an irrevocable, non exclusive, global, permanent, royalty free, sublicenseable, and transferable license to use, copy, modify, adapt, edit, publish, create derivative works, distribute, execute, promote, and distribute in any and all media or distribution methods now known or developed in the future Display and display such user content ("User Content License"), and comply with any privacy settings you set to control who can see your users.

You agree that any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other information or materials related to Stickgram or the services you provide, whether through email or other means ("Feedback"), are non confidential and shall become the exclusive property of Stickgram, Tianjin Kuaiyi Technology Co., Ltd. We will have the right to use and disseminate such feedback for any purpose (commercial or other) without restriction, without the need to acknowledge or compensate you. You waive any rights you may have to feedback, including any copyright or moral rights. We enjoy listening to user feedback, but if you wish to receive compensation or wish to continue owning or claiming rights, please do not share your thoughts with us.
